Muhsin is a globally recognized Indonesian expert in followership. For over 17 years, he’s been crucial in developing followership concepts in Indonesia, working as a trainer, academic, and practitioner, emphasizes its vital role in personal growth and fostering strong leader-follower relationships.
He’s a contributor to the Wiley-published book “Followership Education” and the originator of the “Power Move Act” theory.
